SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery area

We deliver to all countries within the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA).

2. Warehouse and fulfilment

All orders placed on https://www.premiumpadel.eu are fulfilled from our central warehouse located in Varna, Bulgaria. There are no local warehouses or partner distributors in other EU countries.

3. Delivery method and time

  • All shipments are delivered by DPD.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 working days from the date the order is dispatched.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Bulgaria and the destination country).
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country and customs procedures (if applicable).

4. Order processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery country and order weight. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

6. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the tracking link provided or via the tracking feature in your customer account on the Website.

7. Delivery address

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Delivery attempts

DPD will make up to three delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after the third attempt, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you may be charged for return shipping.

9. Payment method

We accept only card payments processed securely through Shopify Payments. Cash on delivery is not available.
