RETURN POLICY

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Union legislation, every consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within **14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by completing the **withdrawal form included with every shipment. The form must be returned together with the goods or sent by email to: info@premiumpadel.eu.

3. Return conditions

  • The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and clean.
  • All labels and protective stickers must remain intact.
  • Returns are accepted only if the goods are in a condition suitable for resale.

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund within **14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the original purchase (via Shopify Payments).

6. Defective or non-conforming goods

If the received goods are defective, damaged, or do not match the description, please contact us at info@premiumpadel.eu within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that have been personalised or specially ordered for you.
  • Goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if the packaging has been opened).
